Notice of Annual Meeting

Members are cordially invited to attend the 101st Annual Meeting of Members of American Management Association International on Thursday, September 12, 2024. The purposes of the meeting are as follows: To elect new Trustees as provided in the By-Laws; To receive the Financial Report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024; To transact any other business that may come before the meeting.

The meeting will be held at 10:45 am ET on September 12, 2024 in-person at AMA’s headquarters located at 1601 Broadway, New York, NY 10019. The Board of Trustees has fixed the close of business on August 5, 2024 as the record date for the Annual Meeting of Members. Only members as of such date shall be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting of Members.
