She is a member of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP), past President of the International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC), and Advisor to the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC).     Dan Parker Chief People Officer, Steampunk, Inc. Dan is a proven, innovative executive with a collaborative approach to solving Human Resources and Talent Acquisition challenges in the federal market. As the Chief People Officer for Steampunk, he oversees all aspects of Human Resources.
