Carolyn has dedicated her career to advancing gender equality in the workforce. In 2019, Lawrence was appointed as the first-ever inclusion leader for Deloitte Global after more than three years leading the D&I practice in Deloitte Canada Consulting. She also has 10 years of experience as president and CEO of a Canadian women’s advancement business in International events, digital and print media, executive education for high potential women, and consulting. Prior to that, Lawrence worked in the financial services industry. Carolyn’s work has been recognized by Fast Company’s Innovation by Design Awards. And outside of work Carolyn is a mother, ski racer and recovering Ironman triathlete.
